1. Are these products new or pre-loved?
All our products are preloved however, its not like buying any ordinary preowned item. We not only carry top brands but we also clean, disinfect, repair, touch up each product before delivery. Want more? We even take care of your custom requirements by upcycling it.
2. Can I see more pictures and videos?
Yes absolutely. We do post multiple pictures for each product but if you have any specific question of would like to see it then just mention to our customer care and if product is in the showroom we will be delighted to send you more pictures/video.

3. Do you provide design and product consultation?
Yes we do. Our product team comes from design and interior background, consultation is free and we can help you design your home or office. Just give us your requirement and sit back and let our team to assist you.
4. Can I get a discount?
All our prices are rock bottom and final. We do offer discounts and offers from time to time on delivery and installation. Please ask our customer care if your order qualify for such offer.
5. When will you deliver?
As soon the payment is made then our logistics will contact you to arrange the delivery. Typically delivery can take up to 5 working days but talk to our customer care team and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
6. Can I book my slot for delivery?
We run delivery in 2 slots. Morning between 10am to 2pm and then 2pm until 6pm. Mention your preference to our logistics, we do our utmost to meet your requirement.
7. How can I trust you with my money?
Thats a great question. We are an established LLC company in the UAE. We have served thousands of customers, we recommend you to check out our google reviews and if you would like to receive a copy of our license then just mention to our customer care team at the time of placing an order. Our philosophy is simple, we are not selling products we are building a long term love relationship. Love cannot live where there is no trust.
8. What payment options do you offer?
We have all the options available for your convenience. Cash and credit card at the store, Bank Transfer, Online Credit Card and COD (if applies). COD has additional charge of AED25 and credit card incur additional 2.5% bank charges. Talk to our customer care and they will be delighted to assist.
9. Why my online order got cancelled?
Payment has to be secured and run at the POS within 24 hours of online order placement otherwise, system will automatically release the order and sends an automated email out informing the customer.
