1. Do you take any type of furniture under exchange discount voucher?
No, we only take good quality furniture in exchange for a discount voucher

2. I have multiple items, will I get multiple discount vouchers?
You can get multiple discount vouchers, max 2, if you have large furniture items e.g. Sofa, Bed, Dining Table, Wardrobe.

3. How many vouchers can I avail on a single purchase?
You can only avail one voucher per sale and per pickup of old items.

4. Is there a minimum value I have to spend to avail discount vouchers?
A minimum of 150 AED to be spent to avail max 10% discount. A minimum of 100 AED to be spent to avail max 5% discount.

5. Do I have to pay to have my old furniture collected?
No, we will collect your old furniture free of cost at the time when we deliver you new items.

6. What is the validity of a discount voucher?
All vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance

7. Can I give my discount voucher to my friend?
Yes you can but delivery and pickup address has to be same to collect old items
